Here you’ll find an archive of our Micro Impact Reports. Each report shares a snapshot of the difference our programmes are making in the lives of our rangatahi.

We evaluate and reflect on every programme and activity we deliver, using what we learn to continuously strengthen and evolve our practice. Rather than measuring impact as a one-off exercise, we see evaluation as an ongoing conversation with our rangatahi—one that helps us respond to their aspirations, adapt our programmes, and ensure our mahi remains relevant, meaningful, and effective.

We also commission case studies to celebrate our really big wins and draw learning for future improvements. Here you’ll find long form stories that focus in on some of the individuals we have worked with, and the extraordinary things they have achieved.
